FWIW, the item was listed as "NEW" and according to Amazon's Condition Guidelines for Electronics:
"New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new, unused, unopened product in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included. The original manufacturer's warranty, if any, should still apply, with details of the warranty included in the conditions comments." I think when it arrives I will video document my opening of the box, just to prove if it comes in an unsealed box or is missing any of the items.
