Hello, I just purchased this item from you and have received a FedEX shipping notification. I just became aware of this review of your business practices (at least as regards this one individual) as reflected in this review of another Pentax camera body: http://www.amazon.com/review/R7MH32JETYC6S If what the reviewer above describes is how MY K-5 ii body is being shipped I will be doing more than just returning it. An item listed as "NEW" on Amazon should contain everything that one would get from any other seller (no missing pieces, no missing warranty registration, etc.) Please advise if this is a broken down kit, repackaged, or in any other way not a new factory sealed box containing Pentax K-5 ii body. When our shippment arrives we remove the lens off the camera, so it make seems as if the camera has been used because it has been repackaged. Our merchandise is brand new and factory fresh. Nevertheless, if everything is included except the lens, (including the battery/charger, Software CD, manual, warranty & registration information) then I will consider keeping the camera.
