Thanks, Stan.  I find it quite easy to follow training plans as I enjoy the 
training anyway.  It keeps me away from the TV, nevermind there's nothing worth 
watching these days.  My buildup wasn't as long as I'd have liked, I had a 
12-week programme but I think the legs could have used a more gradual buildup, 
maybe an extra 6 weeks would have been nice.

The next one won't be easier because it comes with a bit of a warmup 
beforehand, and the course is not flat :)
