Everyone should own a good tripod, someday I'm going to get one.

her tripod.  Not to mention shooting with the reversed lens hood...

I compromise and settle for a monopod. it works almost as well as a
tripod but its quicker in usage.

Three crappy monopods are almost as good as one crappy tripod.
