I use LightZone, AfterShot Pro (Corel, former Bibble...) and Darktable under Linux.
LightZone has always been my favorite. It still is. Darktable is quite capable when you get used to their peculiar (not in a negative sense) GUI. AfterShot Pro is very good except for the practically non-existent highlight recovery. Only Darktable is currently supported and its development seems to continue. There is still some more life (hopefully) in LightZone. Aftershot Pro seems to be killed by Corel. Make your choice :) Bulent --------------------------------------------------------------------- http://patoloji.gen.tr http://celasun.wordpress.com/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/bc_the_path/ http://photo.net/photodb/user?user_id=2226822 http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/bulentcelasun 2013/7/1 Aahz Maruch <[email protected]>: > On Wed, Jun 19, 2013, Brian Walters wrote: >> >> LightZone is open source photo editing software that was originally >> available as a commercial application.
