If you can't get down to ISO 80, you've probably got the 'D-Range Setting - Highlight Correction" (Rec Menu Panel 3) set to "On". This only permits an ISO range of 160 to 51200. If you turn Highlight Correction 'off' you'll get ISO range from 80 to 51200.
