Actually, I have recently discovered that many web design companies charge by the page. No wonder so many commercial sites have such cluttered pages. The customer want;s everything on as few pages as possible. I would use a link to the form, but then I don't have those kinds of constraints. I think I will ad this to my web design criteria list.
