I need an inexpensive hot shoe flash to use with the K110D & the K7.
What would

Define "inexpensive". I used to have Metz SCA flash (that I bought for less than USD 100), that had interchangeable mount. The SCA 3701 (if I am not mistaken) mount would receive ISO, aperture value, zoom setting (taking into account crop factor) from any of my Pentax cameras (K-7, K-5) and having its own light sensor produce wonderfully exposed images. It was big and heavy, but it was dependable and powerful.
