I find the Google spokesman's attitude patronising and inaccurate - it seems he 
hasn't really
checked what can be done in other email clients.  I have no problem in routing 
incoming messages via
rules set in MS Outlook, so that emails from the PDML, for example, are sent to 
a specific folder
without my having to do anything.   Same for my business accounts - they're 
organised the way I want
them, not the way Google might think I want them.
