Love it. I've been growing chilli plants for the past few years even though
our climate is a bit borderline (the plants die over winter).

A few years back I made some different varieties of hot sauce based on a tomato
relish recipe: jalapeño, mulato, serrano, fogo and thai super. I still have
quite a few jars of it on the shelf... I should ask the wife to make corned
beef this weekend. Also have a couple of bags of fresh ones in the freezer
from last years crop.

The reason I grow my own is because the supermarkets are useless.

I just noticed today that my latest set of jalapeño seeds have started to
sprout. I was starting to worry about them. Now I'm worried that if they all
come up I'll be swimming in chilli plants.

Cheers,
Dave
