What about the Nikon P7100 or P7800? (P7100 has shitty OVF and is my current main camera, P7800 supposedly has better EVF and I'll be getting one soon-ish for the faster lens -- do NOT touch the P7700 because it hasn't any viewfiender). A fair bit smaller than the X-5, better low-light performance (larger sensor), shorter zoom range. A similar option would be the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LF1, which is even smaller, but only has fixed screen instead of articulating. But getting into the PUG certainly has its appeal! -- Hugs and backrubs -- I break Rule 6 http://rule6.info/ <*> <*> <*> And yes, I see the typo above, left in just because -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
