Eh? When using flash, shutter speed has no effect on your flash exposure, as long as you keep under the sync speed. Meaning it doesn't even factor into your flash meter's calcs. So just set the meter to the nearest convenient value and forget it. (That's probably 1/160th if your set for 1/3 stops steps.
