Some questions for you:

 * Assuming you gain sensitivity by using a monochrome sensor, then
you would lose it by placing a coloured filter in front of it.
 * So what have you gained in the end? The K-3 already seems to have
plenty of resolution; what will you do with all the extra rez?
 * What lenses are these that work well for B&W but not colour? If a
lens shows chromatic aberrations, these are going to be present on a
monochrome sensor too, except they'll show up as on your images as
broad grey edges on dark-to-bright transition areas instead of as
coloured edges. I shoot B&W (converting from RGB) and have to deal
with CAs just like everyone else.

You might enjoy reading this article comparing monochrome to RGB
sensor (on a medium format, but still useful):

Also, depending on who's selling you the monochrome sensor, you might
actually *lose* IQ at higher ISOs:

I found the differences between RGB and monochrome sensors to be there
for the nitpickers, but I've never been convinced these "improvements"
outweigh the benefits of an RGB sensor for B&W work. My $0.02, etc.

Cheers,
