The original rubbery plastic slip-ons used with some M-series (?) or K come along occasionally. I bought 10 or so the last time I came across some on eBay - they slide onto a 49mm lens (or filter) nicely. Also produced in 52mm size. Sometimes a bit of tape on the inside edge helps for a more secure fit.
