The easiest way to upgrade is to let the Software Update app (under the Apple menu) do it for you. It's going to re-download the entire installer again though. > Or can I install it straight from the download in the Applications > folder since I'm only doing the upgrade? I don't know if it's safe to install from the downloaded image directly or not, so I won't hazard a guess. You should check the ReadMe's in the same place where you got the update image from. > When I was trying to register with the site tonymacx86.com where they > have all the information about Unibeast & making the USB backup, I tried > to use Safari to register with the site. Look in Safari Preferences on the Security tab for the Enable JavaScript tickbox. If you can live with Safari's voracious appetite for RAM there's no reason to install another browser. I can't though, so I use Chrome instead. Otherwise, I like Safari and would use it for everything. -- -bmw -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
