The greyed screen with spinning thingie was still going after 8 hours. Even if I closed the browser, shut down the browser, and then restarted, it just kept on spinning. I finally switched to another computer, tried again that way, and used a different credit card. Whatever the reason, this time it worked. I’ve only received 3 emails so far, a Purchase Confirmation, a Registration Confirmation, and an Order Invoice. As far as I can tell, they all relate to the same purchase - i.e. I won’t have multiple charges.
