I'd love to see it in 3D.

Drones are fantastic for that kind of purpose.  They flew one around the inside 
of our damaged Cathedral a while ago as it's considered too dangerous to enter.

Regarding drone laws things are a bit messy here, not only is the legislation 
slow to catch up, you also have to deal with the politics of grumpy old men at 
the Civil Aviation Authority and their mates at Model Flying NZ.
