Thanks. Hadn't really risen to the level of irritation yet.
It happened when I was going through email cleaning up other stuff
before reading PDML, so it was just a convenient time to ask.
We went through something about getting format-flowed (or
flowed-format?) to work a while back & I figured someone here would know
the answer. It seems to work most of the time, but occasionally it's
like an itch you can't scratch.
