it's literally "format=flowed", a flag in a normally-invisible email header;
it's something the sender has to do, and on by default in emails TB sends
on the receiving end, TB uses it to decide whether to reflow an email to
fill the window; if you are not seeing the problem on this message from me,
i doubt it is related to format=flowed, but you could try this in the config
editor:
mailnews.display.disable_format_flowed_support = true
probably all that will happen will be that messages like this will display
with shorter lines (unless your viewing window is really narrow)
