well I was taken aback by Christine.s comment about the toilet paper shot but then I saw it :-) It's a great photo..

Other favorites of mine are the headshot of the Raven and the MOraine
lake shots - and the Kootenay forest..and, and... shit..

I simply loved the whole gallery and I ache with envy at you having been there this year. One of my favorite places since I first went there in 1976 shortly after a friend of mine died - quite prematurely - I was a wreck for several months, until I took a two week trip alone to the Canadian rockies in search of the Burgess Shale and
made friends with travelers and ravens and the wholly beautiful scene.

Got back there in 1989,1992 (driving, with Richard to and from Alaska) and 2005 (bussing it - stopping off to stay over a coupple of days chez Robb)

You captured the place exactly right and it brough tears to my eyes
