Wordpress is something like 18% of the internet now, but I find that it is very much like Meg Ryan's character in "When Harry Met Sally". It is the Worst Kind: It is high maintenance but it thinks it is low maintenance.
I realize that one should not anthropomorphize Wordpress; it HATES it when one does that.
