Does somebody know what "accelerated maximum aperture" means, and who and where dug out such a "creative" writer: "Thanks to its large- constant aperture design, the lens provides an _accelerated__maximum__aperture_ of F2.8 at all focal lengths from 70mm to 200mm."

This is published on DPreview, but it is presumably a quote from RICOH's announcement of the new lens:
http://www.dpreview.com/articles/5760258369/ricoh-introduces-hd-pentax-d-fa-70-200mm-f2-8-and-hd-pentax-d-fa-150-450mm-f4-5-5-6-zooms
So, it must be Ricoh's writer.

"Large" is not equivalent to "accelerated"!
They need a good editor!
