You won't know if it's fixable until a qualified sigma repair droid looks at it and gives you an estimate.

I wouldn't worry too much about the camera the lens seems to have absorbed most of the impact much as the crush zone on a car keeps you alive while sacrificing the car. I suppose that having a repair facility give it a once over wouldn't hurt for your peace of mind, but sadly DSLRs are more or less disposable, repair costs are likely to be higher than buying a good used copy, so unless it's showing any obvious problems just use it until it breaks, hopefully many years and exposures from now.

I did something similar to my K20D, nearly destroyed a lens that took the brunt of an impact, the camera still functions and the photographs are in focus, when the camera says they are, the only obvious problem from that impact was that the auto focus indicator points were knocked askew so they're not exactly where the focus points are. I'm still using the camera as a backup, repair costs would obviously be higher than buying a used K-7 or even K-5 from KEH.com.

I dropped my k5 and sigma 17-70, about two feet, onto some hard pack
snow today at snowgolf. Lens took the hit at 45 degrees and the mount

I posted this on Pentaxians on facebook and got several different
replies just looking for more comfort here.

I was and always do worry about jarring the sensor but after looking
at shots using my 50-200, my only spare lens they seem ok.
