i don't store much in the cloud, but technically i am using Flickr, iCloud, Google Drive & Dropbox for a at least a few photos each; i don't see them as solutions for backup, but just places to put photos to share; to me the more important distinctions are what are the organizational tools and sharing interface
It seems to me that it would take an enormous amount of time and bandwidth to store even a moderate photo archive.
i think the idea is you build it up over time; the bigger problem is if you have a local failure and need to redownload the whole thing
