I'd been thinking in Melbourne that I'd sooner live there than
Sydney, but then I saw the harbour again... just unbeatable. The
initial plan for Christchurch was to build it at the head of
Lyttelton Harbour but I think it was either the land being
unsuitable for agriculture, or the fact there were two rivers on
the plain, that caused the city to be built where it is.
