Hono(u)rable Pentaxians; The subject of split image focusing screens recently came up and several list members mentioned the interchangeable focusing screens of the LX and MX.
This feature was important to me in buying my LX and MX. When I met Paul Stregevsky he was surprised that the "standard" screen in my LX was the SG20 and in the MX the SD21. My reasons for the choices: 1. I use long lenses and split screens are useless. 2. For macro work split screens are useless 3. The grid on the LX screen REALLY helps me with composition (my greatest challange). Not only that, since using it, I've had fewer tilted horizons! So, which screen is your favo(u)rite/most used?
