The Europeans were invaders -- or immigrants-- depending on one's perspective. In some instances they were tolerated and perhaps even welcomed. In other places they were slaughtered. It's not as simple as the PC community would have us believe. In any case, the more we can do for native Americans the better. But we're not going to return Manhattan island.
