Thanks. The weather was superb throughout, with overnight rain only, and only once. For the first couple of weeks the temperature was in the mid 30s, and dry, which is probably hotter than average. In the last week it was definitely a heatwave, and was being discussed on TV, with the temperature up to 40 C. When we got back to London the temperature was also very high, but humid, which is horrible.
