Glad to hear that you also approve of Puglia, Bob. I wish now that I’d planned to stay longer, so that I could fit in one of the seven-day bicycle tours available from Lecce. One of tours is also a course in Italian. That would’ve been fun. My knowledge of ancient history, apart from philosophy, is next to nil.
