The subjects are interesting, and it could have been an interesting image,
but the composition doesn't quite work for me.
The main problem I have is that it is not clear what should be the focus
of attention. I know I've struggled in a similar way with some images I
had. I don't know how to make it working here.
The woman on the left dominates the frame, but she almost passed the
frame (not enough space on the left). She is too dominant in the picture
to serve as a background.
Cutting her off, would shift the focus to the two women (red and green).
But I am not sure if it would be too tight to work.
Also, the fact is that those two (especially the redhair) are OOF doesn't
help.
Also, I don't know if you noticed it, - the image is tilted.
