That really confirms Australians are being ripped off by the major oil companies. To buy 3.79 litres (= 1 US gallon) would currently cost me A$5.12 = US$3.78. We were paying A$1.45 per litre when the price ofa barrel of oil was $150, now it's down to $50 and we're still paying A$1.35. And our Australian Consumer association says it's legit?
