Yup. The original K-mount lenses were just "SMC Pentax" lenses. The
first lenses, actually, to bear the Pentax brand name. All the screw
mount lenses made my the Asahi Optical Company were branded "Takumar"
(or "Super Takumer or SMC Takumar").
