Sounds a touch on the high side for a winder. It all depends on the method 
chosen, of course. Air, surface, Xpresspost, Registered or whatever. And 
weight. But you knew that.
You can try checking the various options on-line at www.canadapost.ca
It can definitely be sent cheaper but it may not be the best method or 
offer insurance. Best to ask the seller how it's to be sent.
