what's amazing is that Hasbro could have avoided this altogether by simply
avoiding use of the font on its website — without picking it apart, that
seems to be the only place where the actual _font software_ has been
distributed (versus the visual images made by that software, not subject to
copyright); Hasbro could even have created its own font software, producing
identical results without copyright infringement
and an irony — the Generation B font in question was inspired by a Disney
film, Disneycorp being seen by many as the evil prince of copyright
(lobbying to ensure Mickey Mouse never enters the public domain)
