Does that affect Font Brothers copyright claim in any way? That doesn't
erase Hasbro's prior infringement does it?
i haven't looked again at the complaint, but i'd expect it was based on
documented behavior, not future behavior; Hasbro probably ceased use of the
font just to reduce the potential compounded damages (since they know the
case is strong against them)
