That is not Moloka'i, but West Maui. n From where we are, on the
southwest coast of the island, West Maui certainly looks as if it is a
separate island, but it is joined to South Maui by the valley that
gives the Valley Isle its name.

I have grown to like the wind turbines.  The area where they are
located is quite dry and barren.

I might think about cropping out some of the "Blankness: on the LH
side, but I believe that it suggests the vastness of the Pacific
Ocean, which, together with Haleakala Volcano, dominates our vistas
here.
