Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with Flickr's interface. Just click
the right arrow twice. First click is "Ellie Bull at Masorini" & second
click takes you to "Steppe Buzzard 1"

It was the search feature that is wonky, and when I posted below it was
called imgp1370-Edit-2 not Steppe Buzzard 1.

Yes, Mark, you are quite right. On my laptop I can only see it at
certain angles. I'll have to re-process from scratch.

It looked to me as if your processing was trying to compensate for
exceeding the performance envelope of your gear, that it is a tight crop
from a lens that is not long enough, and that you were fighting some
dynamic range issues, blown highlights and noise in the shadows.

While some aspects of the processing are a bit harsh, it's an excellent
shot. Well composed, perfectly focused.

I saw the file was "edited-2", tried looking for another version and
flickr has messed around with their UI yet again. If you click on the
search at the top of the page, it will only search "people you follow"
or "everyone", if you want to search someone's feed in particular, you
have to click on the magnifying glass immediately above the top of one
of their images.

I don't know what processing effect is causing the massive halo around
the bird. But whatever it is you need to use less of it. ;-)
