This move will require something of an about-face for Olympus's PR department. The company has been claiming that interchangeable-lens digicams that use existing 35mm lenses cannot guarantee the fit tolerances needed in such a tiny sensor. Olympus will have to now explain that by starting from scratch, they can ensure that the new breed of lenses will mate with sufficient precision.
