The last few months my browsers freeze up and i have to force quit and shut down and restart. I have been avoiding the click bate sites but sometime clicking on a video that has been shared seems to follow with a freeze up. Just recently when i turn on the computer i get the grey screen and no apple logo, i shut it off again and restart then it seems to be ok. This jsut started last week. Old OS 10.6.8 plus my browsers are not in line for up dates any more, Chrome and Firefox. I'm down to 196 GIG on a 500 Gig HD. Could this be part of it.?? I have fixed permissions and run Macscan 1-2 a month to get rid of the tracking cookies.
