I tore my rotator cuff at about 60 while bench pressing 225 pounds. It healed
after about three years but Then I hurt it again playing tennis. It's pretty
good now but I'm cautious. Ten years ago at age 58, I could do 75 pushups
touching my nose to the floor. Now I can barely do 10 on a 30% incline. But
life goes on. ( I can still hold a camera !)
