Wow Paul, I did almost exactly the same thing.  Bench pressing > 212
or so and then it tore. Ugh, painful therapy didnt seem to help.  I
tried to work the complementary muscle groups instead and that seems
to be working.  Hard to sleep though, no position is comfortable.
