Saw a "penny" laying on the sidewalk the other day, but when I stooped over to pick it up it turned out to be a 1945 Mercury Dime.
Wasn't carrying a camera at the time. Oh well. On 3/4/2017 4:35 PM, Bruce Walker wrote:
Things I see by stopping and looking down; a short essay. https://medium.com/@bruce.walker/at-my-feet-b151de7b4eeb This is Fujifilm content -- sorry Pentax. I took Cotty's advice -- while ignoring Bob W's :) -- and got my wife to gift me a (barely used) Fuji X20 at Christmas. It's a pretty nice little camera and has convinced me to actually take it on walks with me as I had hoped it would. Sadly, Bob was right and the UI is somewhat troublesome. But I'm slowly getting the hang of it, and it doesn't do a bad job in good light. Using it indoors is another thing. Shooting the antics of my cats is proving to be a royal pain in the ass. Anyway, the link above is for a little photo essay I decided to post on Medium, just to switch things up and try that out. Enjoy!
