I think I said the UI is too complex. It's too easy to change inadvertently, 
then too difficult to recover.

I probably also told him to buy a Leica M, which is good advice in all 
circumstances.

Yes. It fits a bicycle handlebar bag nicely, produces good quality pictures, 
and if it gets lost or destroyed it's not the end of the world. It's a nice 
camera, but I can't say it's without sin.
