That should be easy. You need a utility program that allows you to adjust the 
Windows 'file creation' and 'file modification' dates. Set the file dates and 
times to the appropriate, correct values for the image files.

Then, in Lightroom, use the Metadata > Adjust Capture Date function and elect 
the option to set the capture date and time to match the filesystem time and 
date for each file. That should get all the dates into alignment. 

I don't run Windows so I don't know what the appropriate utility program might 
be. On macOS, I think this can be done easily from the Terminal command line 
using the "touch" utility program.
