I agree! Once it was difficult to find some items as their users would
not part with them. The otherside, ebay, makes it easy for those who have
some of grand dads gear that they don't know how to use or what to do with
it. rather than junk it, they "flog" on ebay. I have bought a few old
spotties with lenses, just for the lenses. I got my 135 SMC 2.5 that way for
less than I could otherwise.
Scarry! Could all these "recycled" cameras account for the sales drop
from the major manufaccturers? The present consumer grade camera and lenses
are no match for the older cameras and lenses (IMHO).
