Thanks, Alan. I used that original Spotty for more than a decade. When I broke it, by dropping it on the cobblestones of Salzberg, I replaced it with a sued Honeywell Spotmatic, which I used for several additional years. I finally replaced it with a (used) Super Program, which lasted me until i bought an MZ-5, which was my last film camera.
I think the Spotty was the most reliable camera I had, at least until my current K-5 IIs.
