I haven't seen any problems on my primary computer or my smaller notebook.
While the primary has 16GB, the notebook only has 4GB. I've got Elements 15
on the primary machine, and that works fine (I updated to 15 because the
earlier version I had had problems with a setup with 4K displays, especially
with only having 4K resolution on one of the two displays). I seem to have
a habit of only updating every four versions - I've had 3, 7, 11 and now 15.

The one thing I did note is that build 15063 seems to have turned back on
the "share updates across machines on the local network" misfeature (either
that or I forgot to turn it off when I had to reinstall Windows after the
machine was repaired). That can put quite a load on the sytem.

Other than that, the first thing I'd suggest would be to use Task Manager
to see what the limiting resource is.
