That's an interesting question, is it slander or libel if you publish a
video defaming someone. Either way it would be hard to defend against
as the evidence has been published...

What a jerk. And he goes on for 13 minutes, being a jerk. Glad he had
to pay.
He might have to pay even more if the photographer he stole from turns
around now and sues him for libel over this video.
