Same size, same format. A nod to the tenth anniversary is good.
Perhaps you might lead with the photos of those who have contributed
to all ten. Maybe each could write 100 words about what the PDML has
meant to them.

I have a question for the masses:
Should we do this one as a special edition of some kind? Larger format
or more pages? (Or both)
Keep in mind that this would raise the price. And we already have a
disappointing number of people who put photos into the book but don't
buy a copy themselves. We don't want to drag sales numbers down.
Would it be possible to have a larger version as an option? That is,
have the book the same size as it has been, but with a deluxe, larger
format version available for those who want one?
Understand that I know bupkis about putting the book together and what
Blurb will do to accommodate us, so whatever the group finally decides,
I'm in and I'll be buying at least one copy.
