My suggestion:

1.  Do the Annual as before, perhaps trying to bring the price down just a
bit.

2.  Do a special anniversary supplement, featuring the best of the best
over the last 10 years.
      (Perhaps this might be a calendar or a poster or some other format.)

3.  Establish a voluntary scholarship fund to reduce the cost for those who
are economically stressed, and have been regular contributors.

Just some random thoughts to confuse the issue. <G>
